National Home Management Solutions is the managing company hired by HUD to sell their homes in Ohio. From the home page you can click on Ohio Homes. From there look on the upper left side and you can choose to search by city, county or zip code. Such a simple process if you know where to look.

Some key points~

When homes are first listed they are open to Owner Occupants only for the first 10 days. That means that you can only purchase one of these homes if you agree to live in it for 12 months. After the intial Owner Occupant period, if the homes don't sell, they are open to all bidders.

To bid you have to have a pre-approval letter from a lender and your bid has to be submitted through a realtor certified with HUD.

I have recently sold to HUD Homes to first time buyers. One was a condo in Canal Winchester and one was a house in Upper Albany West. Both homes were in terrific condition and needed minimal work. Both buyers got incredible deals on these homes.
